Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
