Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities with $1B+ market potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry dialogue on future trends
- Mentor R&D teams on next-gen technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies at scale
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
