Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biocomputing, decentralized systems) to inform product strategy
- Design and validate minimum viable prototypes for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into scalable commercial applications
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact and ROI
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience securing multi-million R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation management
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and tech forecasting methodologies
