- Develop strategic 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present executive-level briefings on technology trends and competitive threats
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
