Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-focused innovation projects
- Analyze global tech trends to identify competitive opportunities and threats
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor industry disruptors and regulatory shifts affecting technology landscapes
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Executive-level presentation and communication abilities
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning)
- Experience leading strategy for Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
