Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting technology adoption strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption maturity and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech adoption
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks and regulatory compliance for emerging tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation journals
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
