- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with 18-24 month timelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to source disruptive innovations
- Create comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and influence long-term R&D investments
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impacts on future innovations
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations
