Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quantifiable KPIs
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology to identify strategic investments
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
