Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Build and lead a specialized future technologies task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
