- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions

- Manage technology scouting and due diligence for potential acquisitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, AR/VR)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
