Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations with 5-10 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional task forces to integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) into core business operations
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation workshops that challenge conventional thinking and explore ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Oversee a $50M innovation fund allocated to high-potential 2026-enabling projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
