Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
