- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-ready methodologies including decentralized systems and neuro-interfacing
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong network with Silicon Valley tech ecosystem leaders
- Published author in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
