Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovation horizons
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology

- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify disruptive opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience

- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, PDMA) preferred
