Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive threats/opportunities through 2030
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of frontier technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build industry partnerships to accelerate innovation adoption and ecosystem development
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech domains
- Proven track record translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (preferred but not required with exceptional experience)
