Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast technological disruptions and their business implications
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Create executive-ready reports on technological shifts and their impact on our industry verticals
- Oversee the development of future-proof infrastructure and innovation frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives or tech ventures
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
