Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive technology strategy targeting 2026 market leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems) for commercial integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes and pilot programs
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts to inform strategic pivots
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship, workshops, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
