- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-tech roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in scaling technology initiatives within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
