Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to the executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Mentor technology teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation practices
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations and product ecosystems
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Machine Learning)
- Experience leading budgets exceeding $50M for technology initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
