- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2020-2023)
- Experience with scenario planning and regulatory foresight methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
