Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, AI ethics frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory trends and compliance requirements for future tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and governance
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
