Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
