- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-tech, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging tools across product development and operations
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market analysis and patent research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts to ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps in fast-paced environments
