Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into core products
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology incubators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a future-ready organizational culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focusing on emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neurotech, advanced AI, climate tech, or space tech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or industry disruption
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing innovation portfolios
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
