Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, biotech AI) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps with 5-year impact projections for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and domain experts in prototype development
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets through ROI-driven technology proposals
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption in key markets
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) on collaborative research initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Successful track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional visualization skills for communicating complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience securing government innovation grants and corporate venture capital
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TF) or Futures Methodology (FM)
