Responsibilities
- Research and forecast disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop cross-functional integration strategies for emerging tech stack
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Author technology impact assessments and implementation roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Build and mentor a cross-disciplinary innovation task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
