Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems with 10x performance targets
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and autonomous systems governance
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with agile resource allocation methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing technologies against regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable impact
