As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities, assess emerging trends, and develop actionable frameworks that align with our 5-year vision. You'll bridge the gap between theoretical possibilities and market-ready solutions while fostering a culture of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion) for 2026 market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and sustainable tech into core business operations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or industry white papers
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, scenario planning)
