Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycles and market disruption patterns
