Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in controlled environments
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia for early technology access
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and strategic initiative success
- Lead cross-functional task forces for rapid technology deployment and scaling initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology adoption
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
