Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum-resistant cryptography, autonomous systems, and biometric convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints with AI/ML, cybersecurity, and sustainability teams to validate future-proof solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Present visionary frameworks to Fortune 100 clients and industry consortiums (Gartner, WEF)
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs and patent development
- Author thought leadership for Nature Futures and IEEE Technology & Society Review
- Mentor next-gen talent through our 2026 Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with demonstrated impact on 5+ emerging tech domains
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Published author in top-tier journals (Science, ACM) with 10+ citations in future-tech research
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ market valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, CISA quantum guidelines)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#) and system architecture
- Global network of 500+ innovators across 50+ countries
