Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage innovation incubators for high-impact R&D initiatives
- Define KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Track record of launching products/services with 5+ year impact horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
