Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify emerging tech trends (Web4.0, spatial computing, neurotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research labs and academic institutions
- Create frameworks for ethical tech implementation and regulatory compliance in next-gen domains
- Present future-tech insights to executive leadership and investment committees
- Mentor innovation teams in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, FTC)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or major industry platforms
