Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in quantum AI or biotech convergence (Nature/Science)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ members
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE ethical tech standards
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or equivalent government consulting
