Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and company objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging tech disruptors and evaluating strategic investments
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough innovations in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and ensure responsible innovation
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering; PhD preferred
- Experience scaling organizations through exponential growth phases
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CEIM)
