Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies relevant to our 2026 vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Product Management, to integrate futuristic concepts into current workflows.
- Present strategic proposals to the C-suite and executive board to secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and global technology shifts to ensure our 2026 strategy remains competitive and agile.
- Lead internal workshops to foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Consulting, or Product Management.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging digital transformation trends.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving change within a large-scale organization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
