The Role:
As our Future Tech Lead, you will bridge the gap between today's capabilities and tomorrow's possibilities. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee the R&D phase of future projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and partner with external technology providers and startups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
