- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation projects and track progress against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD/Master's)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscape and future trend analysis
