Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define the technology roadmap for the next 3-5 years, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research and POCs on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics to determine viability.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors to expand our innovation ecosystem.
- Risk Management: Assess the impact of new technologies on existing infrastructure and develop mitigation strategies to ensure operational continuity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to provide actionable insights on competitive advantages and market positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, consulting, or R&D within a major tech organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Web3 technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
