As a key member of our executive innovation council, you'll identify emerging technologies, assess market readiness, and develop actionable plans for our 2026 product ecosystem. You'll collaborate with global R&D teams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and present strategic frameworks to C-suite stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with $5M+ budgets
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress quarterly
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major platforms
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five)
