Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive market analysis and future trend identification
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen human-machine interfaces and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (e.g., IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario planning methodologies
