Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and sustainability mandates
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and advanced AI systems
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive technology adoption
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon-negative tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journals
- Successful track record scaling tech ventures from concept to global deployment
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
