Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, metaverse) with 2026 implementation horizons
- Research and analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and market disruptions
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future market demands
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and scale future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitor strategies and emerging threats/opportunities in the tech ecosystem
- Build and manage partnerships with startups, academic institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives (patents, products, or frameworks)
