Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present foresight analyses to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Proven experience scaling tech products from concept to global market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or quantum programming languages
