Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, AI, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen challenges
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business strategy
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Champion ethical tech development frameworks for future AI and automation systems
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or conferences
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $50M for multi-year R&D initiatives
