Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into core business models and product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing tech roadmaps for future markets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in strategic innovation or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
