- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab and Stanford AI departments
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends including neuromorphic computing and bio-digital interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA for 2026 initiative projects
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 15 R&D specialists across Austin and Palo Alto campuses
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment for World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI alignment principles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal R&D funding (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations in sustainable tech
