Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for futuristic product concepts
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic briefings to investors and executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Build and lead a future-tech scouting team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience building tech roadmaps beyond 5-year horizons
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and innovation hubs
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
