Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design ethical frameworks for future technology implementation
- Drive innovation workshops with R&D teams across 5 global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish a significant advantage
