- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with market disruption opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR
- Track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, TechCast) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
